Quantify Technologies has secure API's that will allow you to pass customer information to us on set schedules which means there is no daily admin work for you and your staff. You only have to review the results as the surveys are completed.

You have the ability to customize the survey questions however, we recommend always using the NPS "Ultimate Question" as your first and only required question. The "NPS" or Net Promoter Score is a standard 0-10 rating that indicates how your customers are likely to recommend your business to others.
Survey Distribution
Survey requests can be delivered via email and/or SMS text messaging. Once the surveys are completed, your dashboard is updated instantly and you can track your results as well as manage your negative responses.
Analysis
Through your personal dashboard, you will have access to track your "Net Promoter Score" and react to any negative surveys. There are a number of management reports that you can access to monitor your progress and trends for your business.
